If relocating for work—with a partner or the entire family—becomes reality, then so does moving to a new place. That often goes hand in hand with tension, unease and a lot of questions.

It is my goal to support both companies and their employees so that a trouble-free onboarding time goes without saying. I source local service providers from the Ostwestfalian region, so that arriving and settling in is made as pleasant as possible with the help of people from in and around the region.

About me

2017. Back in Germany. Arrival Bielefeld, not only my family, but a new idea too, and the desire to be doing something different. I was a recruitment consultant for many years. During that time, I came to realize that when things change in life, people appreciate it when other people share their recommendations and when they express a desire to talk, and people are grateful when decisions are validated. And what’s more, I realised that that was how I had felt during every one of my seven moves. What does it actually mean to leave one home for another?

It all starts with that one decision. And then things get dynamic: organising, finding, packing, writing lists, de-registering, registering, orientating, unpacking, living, and if at all possible starting the new job feeling relaxed and at ease.

That’s when the questions start. Who speaks my language? Who can help me? Where can I eat out?

I know I have settled in when my children are well looked after, I know where to get the best coffee in town, and I have met a few people that I like.

Back to that new idea. Well this is the idea, and I’m here to take care of all of the above for you.
